Job Description

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical systems that drive our organization's success. You'll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and equipment using CAD software and digital design workflows, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian engineering standards and local building codesConduct detailed technical analysis and modeling of mechanical systems to optimize performance, efficiency, and cost-effectivenessPrepare comprehensive technical documentation, specifications, and engineering reports for project stakeholders and regulatory complianceCollaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, civil, and systems engineers to integrate mechanical solutions into larger project frameworksManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and quality standardsSelect, specify, and evaluate mechanical equipment and components based on project requirements and performance criteriaParticipate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project deliveryCommunicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations and written documentationSupport the development and implementation of innovative mechanical solutions that enhance organizational capabilitiesEnsure all designs and deliverables adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and industry best practicesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge with team members in a supportive, inclusive environment

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering disciplineProfessional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent professional qualification (EIT acceptable with commitment to PE certification)Minimum 15 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering design and project deliveryProficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks, or equivalent) and digital design workflowsStrong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC design, thermal management, and equipment specificationsProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detailFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian building codes, engineering standards, and regulatory requirementsAbility to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and support a culture of inclusivity

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Advanced degree (Master's) in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldExperience with project management tools and methodologiesKnowledge of mechanical systems optimization and energy efficiencyExperience working on projects in the Middle East or similar regulatory environmentsProficiency with additional design software or simulation toolsDemonstrated track record of professional development and continuous learningExperience mentoring junior engineers or contributing to technical training initiativesFamiliarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and integrated design processes
