Skills and Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering - 1–5 years of engineering experience - EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification preferred - Knowledge or practical experience with HVAC systems (heating, cooling, air conditioning) - Familiarity with controls systems - Must reside in Alaska - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
