Seeking Mechanical Engineer with strong Revit experience to deliver healthcare facility building systems from design through construction administration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
5–10+ years designing engineered building systems (HVAC/mechanical)
Strong Revit proficiency for production and coordination
Experience with AutoCAD and BIM 360
Healthcare planning and design experience, including construction documents, construction administration, and project cost control
Ability to review drawings and specifications across all design phases
Preferred Skills
Experience assembling, coordinating, and monitoring engineering project schedules
Experience contributing to proposals that define scope and labor budgets
Familiarity with QA/QC processes to maintain design accuracy and consistency
Knowledge of relevant mechanical codes and healthcare facility standards
Responsibilities
Lead mechanical design and documentation in Revit; maintain modeling standards and coordination
Maintain and improve consistency, quality, and accuracy of engineering design and production
Review drawings and specifications at concept, schematic, design development, and construction document phases
Assemble, coordinate, and monitor engineering project schedules and deliverables
Assist in preparing proposals for engineering services, including scope and labor estimates
Provide construction administration support: RFIs, submittals, site observations, and punch lists
Support cost control activities and design-to-budget efforts for healthcare projects
Pay Details: $38.00 to $51.00 per hour
