Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in HVAC systems and project management for design-build services in commercial construction.

Requirements:

Professional Engineering License (Mechanical) in Minnesota 8+ years of related experience BS Degree Proficiency in HVAC systems and Revit MEP

Preferred Skills:

Experience designing to install (Fabrication level) Ability to sign off on drawings in multiple states (MN/WI/ND/SD)

Responsibilities:

Act as the signing engineer for construction document deliverables Supervise and mentor design staff Collaborate with the Construction Project Manager to ensure project completion within budget Coordinate efforts with external clients, including owners, architects, and trade contractors

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
