E2M Technologies BV, an MTS company, is a young company with its main office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. E2M has a wealth of experience in the design, development and manufacturing of electric motion and control loading systems for a wide variety of applications such as vehiclesimulation (aircraft, cars, trains, etc.), entertainment rides, research and development applications and more. E2M products are exported and serviced worldwide from our manufacturing facility in Mijdrecht.  The working atmosphere at E2M is informal, dynamic, challenging, and flexible.
What You’ll Be Doing:Design with Impact: Create and optimize mechanical parts and assemblies in Siemens NX 3D for high-performance E2M motion systems.Build the Future: Contribute to exciting simulator projects—from pilot and race-driver training to spectacular theme park attractions.Own the Process: Develop 2D drawings, perform kinematic motion and collision analyses, and ensure designs meet performance specs.Find the perfect fit: Design a machined part, a laser cut sheet, a casting or maybe a 3D print, at E2M we have knowledge of many materials and processes.Collaborate & Support: Work hands-on with E2M workshop technicians, and support sales and service teams with your technical know-how.Document & Deliver: Write clear manuals and reports, compile BOMs, and coordinate with product and project managers.Innovate in a Close Team: Thrive in a dynamic engineering group where your ideas matter and communication is open.Drive Results: Take ownership of challenges and turn bold concepts into real-world motion systems.What You Bring to the Table:A Passion for Innovation: You have affinity with high-tech mechatronic systems and are eager to engineer creative, real-world solutions.Problem Solver by Nature: You think critically, manage your time well, and thrive when tackling technical challenges head-on.Detail-Oriented & Precise: Your work is accurate, clear, and built to perform—engineering judgement combined with solid engineering.Flexible & Focused: You stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly to shifting priorities and requirements, and deliver on tight deadlines.Strong Communicator: You express ideas clearly in both spoken and written English. Dutch is a plus.Driven & Organized: You're self-motivated, take initiative, and know how to keep projects moving.Skilled in CAD: You have experience with 2D and 3D modeling (preferably in Siemens NX or CATIA), and are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.Educated & Experienced: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Industrial Design, with 2–4 years working experience in an engineering role.What You’ll Get:An open, modern working environment with short communication lines.Opportunities for growth in responsibilities.Access to courses and personal development opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits.An international working environment.The chance to work with cutting-edge high-tech products.
