As a Research&Development Engineer in Turbocor China Engineering Team, the primary work tasks will be new product development and engineering sustaining. You will be responsible for contributing to the technology development of new platforms to expand the product portfolio, new products introduction, cost reduction, quality correction, and other sustaining engineering work.

What You’ll Be Doing Modeling for components and system level designs including 2D detail drawings Present for design review before mile stone and release new design or design changes to supplier and process engineer after design review Collaborate with cross functional teams within product development, manufacturing engineering and procurement groups to ensure manufacturing and assembly feasibility and serviceability Participate in new technology research and development projects as requested Deliver design documentation following project stage gates Lead lite design change process in Haiyan factory to keep compressor design and product change alignned with Tallahassee Participate in localization projects, as core team member to contribute to China and Global sourcing strategy, lead all engineering stuffs before M3 Participate in new products introduction projects, as core team member to support new production line establishment Support Haiyan quality team, and China FSE team to improve compressor quality internally and on customer side

 

What We're Looking For Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years working experience, and 3 years for master degree Proficient in 3D CAD, good at refrigeration system, DFMEA, GD&T, tolerance stack-up, experiment design, PLM system management, familiar with ISO9001, PED, ERP system, UL, quality tool MSA, SPC and project management procedure Experience with material selection, design procedures, manufacturing techniques and assembly methods as required, strong communicate skill Good team player，strong self-drive and management ability English can be used as a working language PMP certificate or related experience as a project manager role will be better What You'll Get from Us
