We are hiring an Associate Mechanical Engineer to support our current Federal projects well as other upcoming projects around the country.

In this position you will perform various engineering and design assignments requiring the application of basic principles and fundamental theories studied in a bachelor s degree university engineering program, and available data in the engineering field.
Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of engineering duties and design assignments.Responsible for the development of engineering designs, reports, drawings, calculations, computations, material quantity take-offs, estimates and surveys.Under close supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices, develops the creation of engineering products that meet our Government customers’ quality requirements. Provide support for other engineering activities as required. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field). Some related work experience and/or internships preferred. Ability to obtain Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification.Must enroll in and pass Revit training within first 6 months of hire.Requires basic engineering knowledge, as well as a working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering.***Must have US person status and ability to obtain/maintain accesses for US federal government projects.
