We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Drafter to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and updating 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using CREO, with a focus on sheet metal and plastic components and assemblies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure dimensional accuracy, apply appropriate tolerances, and maintain BOM integrity in accordance with company standards.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and revise 3D CAD models and 2D drawings of components and assemblies using CREO.Manage CAD files and documentation through Windchill PDM.Apply proper tolerances and ensure dimensional accuracy.Maintain accurate and complete Bill of Materials (BOM) for assemblies.Format and label drawings in compliance with standards.
Essential SkillsAssociate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.2–4 years of experience in mechanical drafting using CREO.Proficiency in Windchill for PDM file management.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting project demands.
Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of sheet metal and plastic component design and manufacturing processes.
Work Environment
This position is onsite in Westford, MA. The work environment includes standard benefits, 3 weeks of PTO, and the potential for the role to be extended up to 12 months or more. Dress code and specific facility conditions are not specified.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
