This includes designing system architecture, weldments, machined parts, and standard components that will form the foundation of this next‑generation solution. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams throughout every stage of the new product development cycle — from early concept and prototyping to testing, refinement, and implementation — with your work directly shaping an innovative technology that will improve water quality around the world. 🌍 This position is part of the Engineering team located **in London, ON** and will be onsite. **🛠️ What a Typical Day Looks Like** • Act as Mechanical Lead from conceptual design through early lifecycle • Implement final designs across the organization Carry out assignments requiring strong mechanical engineering principles • Produce professional design drawings and rapid prototypes • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver on project plans • Participate in testing and field verification **✔️ What You Bring** • Post‑secondary education in Mechanical Engineering • At least 8 years of experience working as a mechanical designer within new product development environment. • Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks 3D and AutoCAD • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills The base salary range for this role is $80-100k CAD annually. Factors that will be considered for the salary offered to the successful candidate include internal equity, years of direct job related and skill experience, and relevant job market.
