Job Description

As a Mechanical Designer, your primary responsibility will be to receive and manage projects that involve designing fixtures for prototype components used in R&D production stations. You will work closely with mechanical designers to define requirements and obtain design confirmation while collaborating with manufacturing teams to ensure successful delivery of fixtures for actual production.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical EngineeringProficiency in Solidworks

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with 3D printingExperience in tooling and fixture designKnowledge of manufacturing engineering and plastic injectionUnderstanding of GD&T principle

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Burnaby,BC.
