The role involves converting drawings from 2D and other outdated formats into 3D drawings, reverse engineering a competitor's part to create new drawings, collaborating with the quality lab to obtain part measurements, and updating designs for accuracy. You will also be responsible for recommending material selection and hardness. + Convert drawings from 2D and outdated formats into 3D drawings. + Reverse engineer competitor's parts and create new drawings from scratch. + Collaborate with the quality lab to obtain part measurements and update designs for accuracy. + Make recommendations for material selection and hardness. MUST HAVES: + Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor. + Experience in reverse engineering competitors' parts. + Design of seals or gaskets, or similar rubber products. NICE TO HAVES: + Knowledge of GD&T. + At least 2 years of experience in relevant field. + Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
