Mechanical Design Specialist

Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Design Specialist with extensive aviation industry experience to develop and modify virtual solid models and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

8+ years design experience in the aviation industry Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Excel

Preferred Skills:

Ability to work outside and on top of aircraft Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities:

Design and create virtual solid models for new products and modifications Interface with Engineering to document design requirements and specifications Create 3-D CAD models for components, systems, and assemblies Participate in integrated project teams representing the Design Group Communicate project progress while ensuring compliance with quality standards

Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
