**Description:** You will be the Line of Business \(LOB\) Mechanical Engineering Senior Manager for the Precision Fires \(PF\) LOB\. Our team is responsible for managing Mechanical Design teams and scope across various programs, including HIMARS, M270, CFCS, GMLRS, and PrSM Increment 1 & 2\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the LOB Mechanical Engineering Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Mechanical Design team and coordinating with Program Area CEs, Senior Leadership, and other stakeholders\. You will oversee LOB performance management, implement process improvements, and drive technical excellence\.
