Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in fluid control valves for electro-hydraulic and pneumatic systems, focused on innovative product development and sustainability.

Requirements:

5+ years of related experience

BSME Degree

Strong 3D design experience with Creo/Siemens

Preferred Skills:

Experience with DVP&R development and execution

Ability to perform data and part analysis

Responsibilities:

Design and develop fluid control valves meeting customer requirements

Select materials, processes, coatings for performance durability

Collaborate with CAD designers to verify drawing accuracy

Participate in design reviews for tolerance stacks

Conduct DFMEA preparation and participation early in development

Employ DFM and DFA techniques during development process

Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) for root-cause analysis

Analyze test data against functional specifications

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
