Insight Global is seeking a Design Liaison Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting Global Supply Chain operations for advanced gas turbine technology. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between design engineering and manufacturing, ensuring hardware meets stringent quality standards while driving continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to disposition non-conformances, qualify new processes and equipment, and implement innovative solutions that enhance part functionality, reduce costs, and add value. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge hot gas path components and contribute to technology development initiatives in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Relevant mechanical engineering experience designing gas turbine hardware or similar rotating machinery, specifically hot gas path components.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, methods, materials, and coatings.
- Previous non-conformance dispositioning experience of deviating hardware by applying mechanical engineering assessments
- Familiar with Ansys, NX, and other analytical tools.
- Understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret engineering drawings and bills of materials. - Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross functional global organization.
- Humble, open-minded, self-motivated, and a continuous learner.
- Ability to rapidly shift day to day priorities based on emerging business needs.
