Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $27.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Key Responsibilities:
Assemble Mechanical sub-assemblies & electrical components from engineering drawings, schematics & work instructionsPerform mechanical alignments, torque fasteners to specification & conduct fit checksUse hand & power tools to build control panels, switchboards & associated wiringFollow strict quality standards, safety protocols & lean manufacturing practices (5S)Perform basic to advance electrical testing (depending on level) including use of multimeters, hipot testers & power suppliesInterpret & complete build documentation, job travelers & in-process checklistUse of ERP systems (E.G., JobBoss) & mobile applications for tracking work & logging dataAnd More!Mechanical Assembly Tech I & II Qualifications:
6 months - 2+ years of experience (mechanical or electrical assembly, general manufacturing)High school diploma or GEDDemonstrate mechanical aptitude & experience using hand/power toolsStrong attention to detail & ability to follow complex instructionsCommitment to punctuality, professionalism & safetyValid DL and clean backgroundPreferred:
