Spherion is hiring Mechanical Assemblers in Burgettstown, PA. This is a great temp-to-perm opportunity with a simple schedule and competitive pay. You'll earn $17 an hour working four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with optional overtime available on Friday. In this team-based role, your main responsibility will be to ensure windows are properly sealed for the finished products.

Job Description:

The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for for properly sealing windows with rubber around the edges to ensure no materials get past the seal. 

Responsibilities:

Use power and hand tools to mechanically assemble window tracks and panels Ensure windows are assembled to highest quality of standardWork with the highest level of safetyMeet production quota to meet the product delivery timesGive feedback for improvement to managementMaintain a clean work areaAbility to rotate into other work areasWork overtime as needed

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 poundsMust be able to use hand and power tools efficientlyMust be able to work in a safe manner

Related Experience: Detail oriented, High attention to detail, Prioritization skills, Ability to use hand tools
