**Poway - Assembler - 1st Shift - $18/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated assembler to join our warehouse team. This role involves preparing and assembling equipment, repairing packaging, and assisting with product assembly. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and comfortable with hands-on work. **Responsibilities** + Receive prepped equipment and re-box the product. + Repair any broken boxes. + Assist in product assembly alongside standard assembly technicians. + Assemble equipment and prepare it for shipping. + Build weight lifting machines using hand and power tools. + Lift items weighing 50 pounds or more regularly. + Clean the shop floor and organize boxes as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. + Ability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly. + Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with reading and understanding blueprints is a plus. + Prior experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not required. + Hands-on experience is highly valued over formal assembly experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where hands-on skills are appreciated, and your contributions to assembling and preparing equipment make a tangible impact.
