**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be working in the truck bays installing custom beds/boxes, snow plows, and dump beds. You will utilize hand tools to fasten and attach these implements and accessories. **Responsibilities** + Install custom bed/box, snow plows, and dump beds in truck bays. + Utilize hand tools to fasten and attach implements and accessories. + Read job descriptions and follow instructions for various truck lines. + Receive training on the installation process for different truck lines. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of recent experience in automotive repairs. + Experience as a lube tech, tire tech, or exhaust tech. + Familiarity with motorsport or lawn/Ag repair is acceptable. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have steel-toed boots. + Must have their own basic mechanic set of tools. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy consistent, clean work with opportunities for raises based on ability. Only work on new cars and equipment that have not seen the road yet. The dress code includes jeans/work pants and a T-shirt. The position is primarily day shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with very few weekends and overtime required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FLINT, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
