**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will work collaboratively in small teams to construct various components of large industrial radiators. These radiators can be as substantial as a semi-trailer. Your role involves using hand and power tools, climbing onto radiators with the aid of ladders or scissor lifts, and operating an overhead crane to maneuver heavy objects. You will also conduct leak tests to ensure quality and functionality. **Responsibilities** + Assemble parts of industrial radiators in teams of 1-3. + Utilize hand and power tools for secure builds. + Climb onto radiators using ladders or scissor lifts. + Operate overhead cranes to lift and move heavy objects. + Perform leak tests on completed radiators. **Essential Skills** + 6 years of mechanical assembly experience. + 6 years of experience with power tools. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and operating overhead cranes. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + 18 months of tenure with one company in the past 5 years. **Why Work Here?** We offer a progressive compensation structure, with potential raises at 6 months, and at the 1 and 2-year marks. The facility is not temperature-controlled, so it can become hot during the summer. The work schedule is from 5 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This position reports to the Assembly Supervisor. Our facility primarily builds industrial radiators for warehouses, production facilities, and data centers. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KENOSHA, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
