Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembler to perform made-to-order assembly operations on medium-sized sheet metal enclosures, similar in size to a large refrigerator. The role involves installing components like blowers, motors, hinges, door panels, and electrical and control panels using basic tools such as drills. The ideal candidate will work on assembling large cleanrooms and related equipment, pulling parts for each order using a pallet jack, and performing redundant stock-released work orders.
Responsibilities
Inspect, assemble, and deburr sheet metal parts and components.Perform equipment assembly according to engineering drawings.Conduct product testing and performance testing, recording the results.Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high-quality products.Essential Skills
Experience in assembly and using hand tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Proficiency with power tools, torque tools, and drills.Mechanical and general labor skills.Familiarity with electrical assembly.Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of mechanical assembly experience.Open to candidates with construction backgrounds.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with 35-45 lbs regularly.Independent and a problem solver.Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16 inch.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a well-lit, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment with your own workstation. Standard hours are from 8 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional early starts at 7 am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
