Mechanical Assembler
Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical systems according to detailed production drawings and customer requirements.Integrate and connect fluid systems such as pneumatic, hydraulic, and coolant components using technical schematics.Estimate project timelines to enhance customer quoting and planning accuracy.Document each step of the build process for future diagnostics and reference.Collaborate with machine assembly teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Organize and archive project data to anticipate and meet future customer needs.Review completed projects against initial estimates to refine forecasting and improve delivery accuracy.Essential Skills
Proficiency in assembly, blueprint reading, and mechanical assembly.Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, wiring, and soldering.Experience with electrical assembly and interpreting schematics.Immediate knowledge of utilizing precision measurement tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of full mechanical assembly experience, CNC preferred.5+ years of experience with electrical wiring off diagrams.3+ years of heavy mechanical assembly or machine building experience in any industry.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
