**🚨 Now Hiring: Mechanical Assembler | Warminster, PA (Contract-to-Hire)** About the Role We’re seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team and help build custom-engineered systems including walk-in freezers, environmental rooms, automotive test benches, calorimeters, and more. Key Responsibilities + Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet system specifications. + Read and interpret engineering drawings and process flow diagrams. + Fabricate metal components using saws, plasma cutters, sheet metal benders, and power tools. + Install mechanical components such as shafts, levers, and bearings using lifts or hoists. + Assemble modular insulated room panels and other packaged components. + Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized workspace using 5S and Lean practices. + Travel occasionally as needed. + Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring + 2–4 years of technical school training or equivalent experience. + Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or custom equipment building. + Proficiency with hand tools and ownership of basic tools. + Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Familiarity with welding, industrial assembly, and sheet metal bending is a plus.
