**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler on the 1st shift, where you will play a crucial role in assembling machinery used for packaging by following blueprints and shop assembly drawings.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical assembly.
+ Fit, align, and adjust all components on machinery for testing.
+ Identify and correct problems during assembly.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proven experience in mechanical assembly.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Proficiency with hand tools such as cordless drills, pneumatic tools, socket wrenches, open-end and box-end wrenches, and screwdrivers.
+ Understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics.
+ Experience in machine building and assembly.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Strong mechanical aptitude.
+ Familiarity with electrical wiring and soldering is a plus.
+ Basic use of electrical testing equipment is a plus.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
