What the apprenticeship brings:
Shadowing trained Mechanical Technicians across facilities servicesExposure to a broad range of both mechanical and electrical maintenance activitiesA hands on vocational apprenticeship, whilst attending college 1 day per weekLevel 3 accreditation upon successful completionYou will complete a Building Services Engineering Services and Maintenance Engineer, Level: 3 with our chosen training provider. They will provide support throughout the duration of the apprenticeship programme. The apprenticeship scheme with Sodexo is a fixed term contract for a period of 3-4 years however, our ambition is to provide employment on completion in line with business requirements aligned to account succession / development plans.

Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn!Great communication skills and a team playerPrevious experience/qualifications are not required. (However, if not already obtained, functional skills tests may be required in maths/English)Strong problem solving skills and attention to detailWhat we offer:
