Job Description Insight Global is seeking a skilled and versatile HVAC/R Technician to support a hospital facilities team in White Marsh, MD. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide range of systems including HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and low-voltage systems in a hospital environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC/R systems, including electrical and pneumatic controls. 2. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, medical gas lines, and steam systems. 3. Install and maintain electrical circuits, fire alarms, card access, and nurse call systems. 4. Operate and troubleshoot the hospitals DDC building automation system. 5. Maintain accurate records and complete PM documentation using CMMS on an iPad. 6. Support other trades as needed (electrical, plumbing, carpentry). 7. Train and mentor junior staff through hands-on instruction and small group sessions. 8. Ensure compliance with blueprints, codes, and industry standards. Certification in one or more of the following: electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair.
