Volt is hiring an Industrial Mechanic Assistant for a leading manufacturing company in Willows, CA.

As an Industrial Mechanic Assistant, you will:

Assist in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment Support senior mechanics in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to help replace or repair defective parts Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment

An Industrial Mechanic Assistant candidate must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Proficiency with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team and follow directions from senior mechanics Capable of lifting up to 50lbs., standing, walking, and bending for extended periods Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise)

This is a full-time Temp to Hire opportunity.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $28.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
