**Hiring a Mechanic Helper in Monroe, LA.** **Hourly Pay:** $19 per hour **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 2PM start time. Duties & Responsibilities: + Clean trucks, containers, and equipment using pressure washers and other tools as directed. + Perform general facility maintenance and custodial duties. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards. + Implement and manage a truck wash schedule to ensure consistent cleanliness. + Sweep floors, organize parts, and assist with keeping the wash bay and surrounding areas orderly. + Assist in basic shop tasks, including training to perform tire replacements and retorque procedures. Requirements: + Ability to work independently and follow instructions. + Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments. + Experience operating pressure washers is preferred. + Mechanically inclined.
