Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking two Mechanics to perform brake and suspension maintenance and repair work, front-end and under-hood repair and maintenance, fluid changes, as well as installation of lift kits and lowering kits, shocks, struts, tires, wheels and undercar accessories. Knowledge of MPI and B.A.R. regulations and approved practices is required. A Mechanic must: • Be energetic, hard-working, and ethical. • Understand and follow company strategies and policies including the use of safety glasses. • Be physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending and turning. • Be able to endure long periods of standing. • Possess a valid Driver’s License and have a driving record that allows insurability under the company’s auto insurance. • Conduct themselves in a professional manner and help create a positive work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include performing all duties in accordance with applicable company, safety, guest, and regulatory requirements. Compensation: $25/hr to $30/hr plus commission Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
