Esta posición es clave para la implementación de prácticas de Mantenimiento Autónomo, la cultura de 5S’s, y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de eficiencia global (OEE). **In this role, you will:** + Asegurar la continuidad operativa y mantener los niveles objetivo de **OEE** , gestionando los sistemas base de mantenimiento (SAP, Checklists, Planes de Mantenimiento Preventivo, Órdenes de Trabajo). + Administrar y controlar el presupuesto de mantenimiento asignado a los equipos bajo su responsabilidad. + Implementar mejoras en sistemas y/o maquinaria conforme a los roles definidos en el programa de mantenimiento. + Participar y apoyar la implementación de **Mantenimiento Autónomo** actuando como proveedor de servicio. + Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos de **Seguridad** , prácticas seguras (BOS, IP’s) y del programa **5S’s** en el área de mantenimiento. + Ejecutar proyectos de mejora para incrementar la confiabilidad y eficiencia de la maquinaria. + Generar y controlar órdenes de trabajo, solicitudes de pedido y presupuesto de mantenimiento en **SAP** . + Capacitar continuamente a los operadores como parte del soporte al Pilar de Mantenimiento Autónomo. \#LI-ONSITE **What we look for:** + 3 a 4 años de experiencia como **Técnico Mecánico o Electromecánico** en plantas de manufactura. + Experiencia comprobable en implementación de **TPM** y **5S’s** . Conocimientos sólidos en: + Neumática, hidráulica, mecánica avanzada y electricidad básica. + Soldadura **MIG y TIG** , uso de torno, fresadora. + Acoplamiento de tuberías **CPVC, PVC, INOX, Titanio** , etc. + Herramientas de análisis y solución de fallas. + Manejo de sistema **SAP** (módulo de mantenimiento) + Conocimientos intermedios en **Microsoft Office.** + Nivel de inglés básico. **Educación Deseable** + Técnico en **Mantenimiento Electromecánico o Mecánico** + O bien, estudiante o egresado de **Ingeniería Mecánica o Industrial o experiencia equivalente.** **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
