Join a dynamic team as a Measurement Technician II in the oil and gas industry, where your expertise in analytical measurements and mechanical troubleshooting will contribute to ensuring accurate data collection and operational efficiency.

Role Overview

Conduct routine route-based field work including gas meter calibrations, orifice plate inspections, lact proving, and third-party witnessing. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records, coordinating calibrations, and preparing calibration reports. Obtain and transport samples for gas quality testing and analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

Analytical Measurements: Proficient in measurement equipment installation, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Mechanical Troubleshooting: High mechanical aptitude with the ability to resolve technical issues. Flow Measurement Analysis: Experience with ABB Totalflow, Fisher ROC EFMs, Emerson 4088B, Coriolis Meters, Ultrasonic Meters, and Turbine Meters. Safety Protocols: Ability to adhere to safety protocols in compliance with industry standards. Route-Based Work: Capability to manage tasks independently on assigned routes. Third-Party Coordination: Experience in coordinating and witnessing third-party calibrations of measurement devices. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment. Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical tasks and work in adverse weather conditions.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred. Certifications: Relevant certifications in measurement technology or related fields are advantageous. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in measurement technology or related roles.
