This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job DescriptionTool repair and new spare part manufacturing: Measurement analysis for tool repair and final inspection of new spare parts manufacturing including release a quality report.Spare parts incoming: Measurement analysis for supplier evaluation, incoming inspection to ensure they
meet established quality standards.Measurement equipment: Calibrate and maintain testing equipment and instruments according to established procedures and schedules to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements.KPI tracking: Support Utilization tracking, Man hours tracking and addressing any issued or
improvement.Participate 14Q activities, Safety and LPC line walk.Support internal and external audits, ensuring the establishment of a schedule in compliance with ISO
14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and the System CIP.

Qualifications

Education Background:

Diploma / bachelor’s degree in Machine Tool Technology, specializing in Tool & Die, Mold Injection, and Industrial Engineering (IE).

Qualifications:

Basic in English, both written and spoken.Basic problem-solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Experience in Tool&Die ,Molding tools, spare parts & jig fixture manufacturing.Effective quality control processes, standards.Ability to operate CMM.Basic in presentation Power point.Problem solving sheet, ICHIKAWA diagram.Mechanical drawing.Ability to use 3CAD NX, VISI, Solid Work, Inventor.
