Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in education, computer science, business administration or any other related fields. + 1 years of experience in MEAL & data collection specifically FGD, KII and HH surveys. + Familiarity with MEAL data collection tool including KOBO, CommCare… + Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English + Ability to work closely, professionally, and constructively with all others regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, race, tribe, or cultural background
