You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.

How you will contribute

You will:

Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

What you need to know about this position:

Implementación de Modelo Operativo: Asegurar la correcta ejecución del modelo operativo establecido en la región norte.

Estandarización de Procesos de Venta: Unificar y optimizar los procesos de venta para garantizar la eficiencia y consistencia en toda la región.

Desempeñar un rol estratégico mediante la recopilación y análisis de datos del mercado.

Identificar oportunidades de negocio y crecimiento en el ecosistema DSD.

Desarrollo del Equipo DSD/Proporcionar entrenamientos y capacitación al equipo DSD para mejorar sus habilidades y desempeño.

Auditorías y Control: Realizar auditorías periódicas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares y procesos establecidos.

Apoyo y Supervisión en Campo: Mantener presencia activa con los Supervisores de Venta (SV) en los sitios logísticos para brindar apoyo y asegurar la correcta ejecución de las operaciones.

Education / Certifications:

Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o campo relacionado

Job specific requirements:

Conocimiento profundo del modelo de distribución DSD.

Habilidades de análisis y resolución de problemas.

Excel intermedio (indispensable).

Deseable conocimiento de Power BI.

Inglés básico.

Disponibilidad para viajar a Chihuahua, Durango, Tamaulipas y San Luis Potosí.

Contar con vehículo propio y disponibilidad para su uso en actividades laborales (se apoya con gasolina).

Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a sábado
