A global law firm with nearly 1,400 lawyers and more than 3,000 employees across 19 offices in the United States, Europe, and Asia is looking to build out a data lake to encompass both internal and external data. The role is a long-term contract and is remote. The firm is widely recognized for its expertise in corporate law, litigation, intellectual property, life sciences, technology, and venture capital, advising on transformative deals, IPOs, and complex regulatory matters. The firm is looking to hire MDM Integration Engineer to join their team building this greenfield data lake. The engineer will be responsible implementing and maintaining data flows between source systems, the MDM hub, and downstream consumers. Ensure seamless integration, data quality, and compliance across the enterprise data ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Development
-Design and implement data pipelines connecting source systems to the MDM hub and downstream applications.
-Configure and optimize workflows for data mastering, enrichment, and distribution.
Tool Expertise
-Work with MDM platforms such as Ataccama, Informatica, Semarchy, or Reltio.
-Support related capabilities including data quality (DQ), data cataloging, and governance.
Performance & Scalability
-Monitor and tune integration processes for efficiency and reliability.
-Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory standards.
Collaboration
-Partner with architects, data engineers, and governance teams to align integration strategies with overall data platform design.
Documentation & Standards
-Maintain technical documentation for integrations and enforce best practices.
Compensation:
$51/hr to $62/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
- 3-5+ years in MDM Integration engineering
- hands-on MDM tool experience with Ataccama (preferred) or Informatica MDM, Semarchy xDM, Reltio, TIBCO EBX, Stibo Systems MDM, Profisee, SAP Master Data Governance, etc
- Familiarity with data quality frameworks, metadata management, and data catalog tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting for data transformations.
-ETL/ELT and Integration experience: Knowledge of ingestion tools like Qlik Replicate and Fivetran; and transformation frameworks such as dbt and Apache Spark. - law firm background
-experience with Lakehouse architectures and integration with modern data platforms.
- Knowledge of API design, workflow automation, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Collibra and Unity Catalog for governance and metadata management
-Strong grasp of identity and access management (e.g., Entra ID)
