MD Inventory & MDM Leader

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

Lead overall inventory strategy for the Manifolds & Distributions product lineImplement effective inventory stocking strategies to support fulfilment and overall product delivery timelineWork with global teams to drive reuse and reduction of excess/aging inventoryDrive consistency and accountability across functions globally such as materials planning, sourcing, engineering, product managementLeading inventory reviews with business leadershipManage the data in ERP system to allow for a healthier MRP. This includes part creations, lead time reviews, and aligning the planning attributes to the optimal process.Represent the materials team to monitor engineering change to Bill of Materials (BoM) and drive mitigation against the production plan and inventory level

Required Qualifications

Have a bachelor's degree or 5+ years working in manufacturing or inventory managementExperience in production planning, inventory optimization or manufacturing operationsBe able to show experience configuring and maintaining ERP systems.Ability to influence and lead multiple stakeholdersStrategic thinking with tactical executionGrowth mindset with desire to drive change
