**Job Description** The Operations Proposal Group (OPG), specifically the Material Pricing Group, is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain professional to join the MCMS team. As a key team member, you will drive business outcomes and contribute to our organization's success. We are looking for a self-driven professional with experience in data analysis, systems analysis, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be a versatile contributor, potentially serving in a dual role that requires a unique blend of leadership and execution skills, able to deliver results through technical expertise, collaboration, and project leadership. As a Procurement Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include: Analyze and evaluate supplier pricing to determine the best cost basis Develop and prepare cost/price proposals in response to RFP requirements, ensuring compliance with government policies and regulations Conduct selection and price analysis to ensure best pricing and compliance with DFAR regulations Collaborate with teams to drive innovation and produce successful proposals, aligning supplier partnerships with business strategies This role offers opportunities for professional growth, career advancement, and working on exciting projects that make a real impact. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience + Strong supply chain and procurement knowledge + Technical skills in Selection Analysis, Price Analysis, and MCMS + Excellent critical thinking, communication, and writing skills + Results-driven, collaborative, adaptable, innovative, and customer-focused behavior + **Pursuant to a specific U.S. Government contract, selected individual must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.** **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Procurement and supplier management expertise + Experience with Oracle, Exostar, MCMS and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems + Familiarity with ITAR, FAR, and DFAR regulations + Strong relationship-building and customer service skills + Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment + Self-motivated and driven to achieve results and drive positive change **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $99410 - $168997 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
