Our work depends on Training Specialist Advisor joining our team to help build and enable the readiness of our Nation's Army in the Pacific. **HOW A MCiS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:** + Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation and maintenance of all individual Mission Command Information Systems training + Certifies all MCiS personnel on primary Mission Command Information Systems + Responsible for cross training MCiS personnel on alternate Mission Command Information Systems + Update Programs of Instruction + Account for and maintain all Mission Command Information Systems equipment + Coordinate and deconflict all Mission Command Information System training (to include assignment of instructor support) + Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on Mission Command Information Systems training, as well as the status of systems and updates + This is a people manager and task manager position + Attend necessary meetings, planning conferences, IPR’s, and AAR in support of the organization’s mission + Participates in special projects as required **WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:** + Education: BS/BA or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training + Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience; military experience preferred; MTC experience preferred + Required Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of all individual Mission Command and Control Information Systems i.e CPCE, JBC-P, JCR, AFATDS, TAIS, AMDWS etc and their functional operations; expert understanding of server and security management; proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers; understanding of database management systems (SQL); expert understanding of network configuration + Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance + Required Skills and Abilities: Superb presentation and communication skills; Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs; Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter; ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues; understanding of systems integration; Customer centric focused + Location: On Customer Site / some travel required to other customer sites in the AoR **GDIT IS YOUR PLACE:** + 401K with company match + Comprehensive health and wellness packages + Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career + Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications + Cutting-edge technology you can learn from + Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays \#JMSC-IP \#GDITArmy The likely salary range for this position is $69,264 - $89,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
