The compensation range for this role is $4500.00 - $4500.00 USD per year.

About the role:

Reporting to the Vice President, Veralto Enterprise System (VES), the MBA Summer Intern will support the commercial execution of various OMX initiatives in addition to supporting Daily Management routines, and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Support PD cadence & artifacts (X-Matrix linkage, bowler dashboards, action plans).Build KPI bowlers tied to breakthrough targets, secondary metrics, and quarterly bridges.Drive the commercial adoption and execution of several new cost savings measuresSupport A3 problem solving, fishbone creation, countermeasure tracking.Partner with Finance to quantify and validate savings. Prepare leadership communications and executive-ready outputs.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

First-year MBA (Class of 2027)Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills

Preferred:

 Experience with Lean/CI, PD, Daily Management, A3Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) Experience in operations, consulting, or supply chain
