This role is based in Paoli, WI - just 5-10 minutes from Verona and about 25 minutes from West Madison.

Spherion is working with a full-service machine shop that has been servicing companies with their machined part needs since 1945! We are currently looking for a Mazak Lathe Operator to join the team on night shift for this direct hire opportunity.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate Mazak lathesRead and interpret blueprints for setupUse precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications

What You'll Bring

High School Diploma or equivalent, preference for a 2-year degree in a CNC-related programMust be able to edit code to adjust machine settings if tolerances are offPrevious experience with conversational lathes (Mazak highly preferred)
