NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Maximo Project Manager to plan, oversee, and document all aspects of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and equipment calibration software projects in PSG.
Life Science Industry Solution experience is required for GMP, validation, and regulatory compliance risks.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills to manage multiple sites concurrently are required for the following new functionality:
• KPI Dashboard Expansion for non OMX Maximo sites (MON/ FER/ CTD)
• New Key Performance Indicator Reports for Asset Bad Actors
• Label Printing for Sites
• EAM Archival Tool
• OMX Database Encryption.
The project objectives are to work with the business to create and implement a global standardized EAM solution within the organization for a standard Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Computerized Maintenance Management and Calibration Management (CMMS) system at TFS.
The PM role is responsible for delivering multiple new functionalities for OMX across 11 sites as part of the end of year global initiatives for the Maintenance Excellence Program.
The IT Project Manager coordinates activities between multiple-site project to ensure alignment with the organization's goals for data migration into GMP Maintenance and Manufacturing Systems. Importantly, this individual is recognized as a driver of project execution, ensuring commitments are met while facilitating communication between key stakeholders.
Role Scope / Deliverables: • Manages key project deliverables for validated environments.
o Patch management and system upgrades
o Validated report implementation and metrics
o Validated interfaces with other systems
o Ongoing PPI process improvement for platform
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of projects.
• Coordinates multiple-site projects within program scope by overseeing all aspects of projects based on the VMP.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors including the coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Oversees active site projects with regular monitoring and support from upper management, ensuring all assigned projects are delivered on time and within the allocated budget.
• Leads the team to resolve project risks and issues (including resource constraints affecting the sites) with assistance from upper management, development teams/ vendors, compliance and quality teams (site/ corporate), subject matter experts, and IT support teams.
• Verifies core program deliverables meet regulatory standards and all site project deliverables are in line with the defined Validation Master Plans for OneMaximo
• Communicates issues or risks in a timely and effective manner and develops risk mitigation plans to address and resolve scenarios which arise.
• Prepares tasks, timelines, and reports on corporate program/ site project performance.
• Work with sites on Data analysis regarding source data for best practices to load into the OMX application
• Optimizes resource allocations for multiple-site projects

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Identifies and supports process improvement initiatives to support global teams for streamlining procedures
• Directs work in controlled and noncontrolled environments to support enhancements, break-fix issues and data migration with development teams and site resources
• Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Minimum Requirements/ Qualifications
• Must have at least 5+ years Life Science Industry Solutions and Management experience managing formalized PSG IT projects.
• Regulatory, IT Compliance, Change Management knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering or related field. MBA preferred.
• Expertise with management, delivery and full accountability with large, enterprise wide projects
• Hi-tech manufacturing knowledge and experience.
• Experience working in a matrix and shared services environment.
• Global cross-cultural experience preferred.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is **($55.67 to $64.15 /hour on w2 )** . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
