Work on incidents and service requests Job monitoring and fixes Work on enhancements and developments of workflows

4+ years of experience working in Matillion Experience in developing features for enterprise level data warehouse and knowledge of data warehousing concepts Ability to deliver support services to meet SLAs, Good debugging skills Should have continuous improvement attitude and identify areas for problem management Experience in cross skilling team to create backups, working in 24/7 support environment providing team coverage for priority (P1/P2) issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills
