Job Summary: Mum and Dad have a two-week-old baby, and with Dad now back at work, Mum is looking for some overnight support to help her rest and recharge. She’s currently breastfeeding during the day and bottle feeding at night, and is simply in need of someone kind, capable, and reassuring who can step in and take care of baby while she gets some well-earned sleep. She’s feeling understandably tired and just needs that extra layer of care — someone who can quietly guide her, gently offer advice, and help her feel confident and supported. This is a lovely role for a Maternity Nurse who can take the lead overnight while respecting the gentle pace this new mum is moving at.
Candidate Requirements:
Warm, calm, and empathetic approach Able to guide and support Mum without overwhelming her Experience supporting breastfeeding and bottle feeding Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and able to gently build confidence
