Summary: Seeking a Materials Supervisor with expertise in manufacturing processes and team coordination for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

B.A./B.S. degree in a related technical or business discipline. Two or more years of experience in manufacturing or specialty functions. Practical knowledge of products and manufacturing processes. Ability to analyze reports using information systems like MRP.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of business and government regulations related to manufacturing. Experience in skill assessment and training team members.

Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule team activities to meet goals through coordination with other teams. Guide team members based on established policies and internal schedules. Track progress to performance measures, ensuring corrective actions as needed. Provide hands-on training to team members on production tasks, if required. Maintain workflow, resolve internal system problems, and coordinate problem resolution with other teams.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
