We are looking for exceptional talent to join us as a **Materials Requirements Planner** at our Leiden site.
In this key role, you will ensure the seamless flow of raw materials and components that keep our production processes running. You’ll work within a collaborative, supportive team committed to smart material planning, efficient procurement, and effective inventory management — all to meet the needs of our patients and customers.

**As a Materials Requirements Planner, you will:**
+ Develop, maintain, and communicate Materials Requirements Plans (MRP) to effectively support patient and customer needs.
+ Manage inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing excess, obsolete, and expired materials.
+ Clearly communicate delivery schedules to suppliers to support smooth and timely production.
+ Partner with Global Procurement to enhance supplier performance in areas such as quality and on‑time delivery.
+ Track and report supplier service performance and share key insights with stakeholders.
+ Collaborate closely with Quality and Warehouse teams to address rejected or defective materials promptly and effectively.
**Qualifications / Requirements**
+ A master’s degree in supply chain management or a related business field.
+ **2+ years of hands‑on experience** in planning, purchasing, logistics, or manufacturing, preferably gained in a multinational or highly regulated environment such as pharma.
+ Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
+ Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
+ A proactive drive for professional development and future leadership opportunities.
+ Solid understanding of supply chain best practices, continuous improvement principles, and a customer‑focused approach.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 44,700 to 70.840 on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance.
