Job Summary:
Lead and provide support to material project teams resulting in change management activities within NPD, VAVE, Materials Functional Projects, Productivity, etc as assigned. Assist in the execution of change management projects and process improvements from the design/scoping phase through launch. In addition, coordinate implementation of initiatives and solutions as governed by the BOS (Business Operating System) and/or plant materials strategies. Assist in the set-up of new items on the factory floor for material flow, material infrastructure.

Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years minimum materials/planning manufacturing experience.APICS (CPIM) or equivalent certification preferred.Considerable knowledge of industry related supply base and materialsSkilled in production and supplier scheduling.Knowledgeable of supplier processes and capabilities.Computer proficient with ERP and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with rate based or flow line (non-MRP) and job shop manufacturing environments.Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.
Experience with visual management systems.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $88,000- $127,000
