Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success. You’ll collaborate across teams to develop accurate forecasts, improve planning systems, and drive continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** As a **Specialist, Materials Planning & SIOP** , you’ll be responsible for: + Developing and implementing strategies for materials planning and SIOP. + Standardizing planning processes to optimize resource utilization and meet delivery expectations. + Creating indicators to monitor short- and long-term market trends and demand. + Collaborating with product development, sales, and marketing to generate accurate demand forecasts. + Leading monthly production volume planning in coordination with manufacturing operations. + Identifying and integrating new technologies to enhance planning capabilities and sustainability. + Tracking key performance metrics to drive results and continuous improvement. + Developing plans to improve supply capabilities and responsiveness. + Establishing robust metrics to measure progress in SIOP process improvements. **Requirements** We are looking for people who are analytical, collaborative, and proactive. As a minimum, you must have: + A university degree in a relevant field. + At least 5 years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, or a related area. + Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier’s systems, programs, or organizational structure. + Experience in demand forecasting and capacity planning. + Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
