You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling of warehousing to ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives. You will be planning, leading, organizing and controlling the plant’s Dispensary operations for raw & packaging material to provide consistent quality ingredients to production in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
How you will contribute
You will:
Be accountable for the Warehouse Operations Plan, Coordinate & Manage Receipt/ Issue/ Disposal of raw/packaging materials and finished good inventories in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Deliver Inventory accuracy objectives and ensure Operational requirements are consistently applied while complying to all boundaries & requirements on a regular basis. Provide appropriate and properly maintained Materials handling/ movement equipment and facility to ensure safe and efficient operations. Achieve AM-Autonomous maintenance and PM-Progressive maintenance Step completion goals for warehouse equipment & SGA teams to eliminate losses & downtime.Lead optimum utilization of Warehouse space; conduct warehouse capacity plan review on a regular basis. Ensure storage and handling of all materials and finished goods adheres to standard palletizing, stacking and storage requirements. Manage and control the replenishment of stock at Distributor’s warehouses, analysis of inventory movements, to ensure inventory level in the supply chain is at manageable level, and no run or overstock situation and product freshness in the trade. Develop & implement overhead budgets to define cost boundaries for an efficient warehouse operation. Ensure cost targets are met via efficient utilization of equipment, workforce and utilities. Monitor and control materials wastage and variance to generate productivity savings.Be accountable for strong governance & compliance requirements (warehouse audits, ISO, FSSC, Quality management system audits etc.) to be in place, Be a champion to meet and/or exceed Safety & Quality requirements and driving ownership among teams.Be Accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the team and responsible for identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future. Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, Align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives and goals and maintain 100% compliance to standards, policies and local legal laws.What you will bring

Relevant work experience in warehouse and/or production operations, inventory management & handling material movement equipment.Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP (SAP) systems.Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills. The capability to work as the Team Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the team, deploying and managing IDP-Individual development plan for the members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development.More about this role
What you need to know about this position:
The base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $97,767; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results

Provide centralized communication to senior leadership and stakeholders on all messages relating materials planning, execution, and coverage for continuous production.Waste: Maintain spreadsheets for inventory tie-outs and circulate destruction orders for approval. Ensure appropriate run out of materials, minimize waste, and communicate with Brand & Finance leadership.Expedite deliveries and address availability and service issues with plants, vendors, and supply organizations, including assisting with decision making around prioritization of production/plant allocation.Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan.Participate in all commercialization activities and manage material supply and communication.Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planning and material requirement plans by using system tools.Drive productivity agenda for your brands/categories and unlocking R&P planning opportunities (waste, replenishment, etc.) in line with CS&L deliverables.Contribute and be part of HPO/IL6S journey, continuous improvement.Retrieve and organize future requirements and inventory data from systems, plants and vendors to support Materials Management replenishment strategies. Experience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint.Strong understanding of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), inventory management, & production scheduling.Experience in an IBP/S&OP environmentProcess and Continuous Improvement MindsetAble to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, technology experience & aspirations (SAP, Excel, Tableau, Power BI) – and able to understand and interpret data.Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis.Education / Certifications: Bachelors Degree Required
