Arrow is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Materials Planning Associate to join our team in Guadalajara. You will be responsible for supporting new supplier lines

What You'll Be Doing: 

Plan and pipeline inventory for high complex customer demand—high dollar value and/or large part count. 

Prepare both Arrow generated and customer supplied forecast uploads to and manage the exceptions generated from the Forecast processing. Resolve any upload and/or output issues from forecast. 

Review parameters and make recommendations/changes to ensure achievement of company inventory turns goals.  

Work with sales teams and supply chain group to suggest alternative supply chain options to enhance customer support to assure inventory management needs are met. Generate and/or contribute to out-of-box- solutions. ​ 

What We Are Looking For: 

4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience in Planning and/or Supply Chain.  Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English Intermediate-advanced ExcelUse of ERP systemsAbility to juggle many tasks at once Proven ability in handling difficult customer situations professionally and effectively

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$22,208.33 - $29,975.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
