Responsible for implementing and standardizing corporate strategies related to demand and capacity planning across all MSG Apodaca plants.
Responsible for ensuring proper materials set up, planning and execution to guarantee the successful integration of new product lines into the facilities.
+ Implement/standardize the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process (SIOP) to improve decision-making, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
+ Implement/standardize Warehouse Management and Inventory Optimization initiatives, as well as material flow (PFEP, Inventory Strategy, Pull systems, E&O).
+ Implement/standardize capacity and resource analysis tools to ensure the feasibility of production plans (e-capacity, e-procurement).
+ Implement/standardize new technological tools and ERP systems related to the supply chain.
+ Train and develop Materials team personnel on different initiatives in collaboration with the Materials Managers from the plants.
+ Lead the development and implementation of scorecards and KPIs to monitor and optimize materials management performance, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
+ Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in in materials planning, demand, and capacity, preferably in manufacturing plants.
+ Experience in implementing and standardizing corporate processes.
+ Strong knowledge of ERP systems and planning tools.
+ Experience with Kanban and inventory strategy implementation.
+ Skilled in problem-solving tools and Lean system methodologies.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, including database management and macros.
+ APICS certification (preferred).
+ Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
